Kallura Hair – Refund & Return Policy

At Kallura Hair, we take pride in delivering premium-quality extensions and a seamless shopping experience. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards to protect all customers.

Returns

We accept returns only if the item is in its original condition. This means:

  • The hair has not been worn, installed, brushed, washed, cut, dyed, or altered in any way.
  • The product must be returned with all original packaging, including tags, labels, and seals intact.
  • Items showing any signs of use, handling, or tampering will not be accepted.

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically process within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
  • If the item is not returned in original condition, the return will be denied and the item will be sent back to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn or installed hair
  • Cut lace, used lace pieces, or altered wigs
  • Clearance or final sale items

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item (or item of equal value) if it meets all return requirements and is in original, unused condition.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you promptly.
