At Kallura Hair, we are committed to providing a seamless and reliable shipping experience for every order. Each package is prepared with care to ensure your luxury extensions arrive safely and on time.

Processing Times

  • In-Stock Items:
    Orders containing items currently in stock are processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Items shipped from extended warehouse 
    Certain items may be shipped directly from our partner facilities. These orders may require 5 business days for processing before shipment.

Shipping Times

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping will be available soon.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Kallura Hair is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked “Delivered” by carrier , Kallura Hair is not responsible for theft or loss.

During high-volume periods, processing and shipping times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we work to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
